How long does a typical engagement take?
A feasibility study: 4-8 weeks. A financial model: 3-6 weeks. A business plan / IM: 6-10 weeks. Buy-side DD: 4-6 weeks. We compress where the calendar requires it.
Do you deliver in editable format?
Yes. Models in Excel (your house template if you have one, otherwise FAST-standard). Reports in Word and editable PowerPoint, in your colour palette and logo.
What's your engagement model – FTE or project?
Either. FTE for ongoing CFO-office support. Project-based for discrete mandates with defined scope and timeline.
Do you sign on the report as advisor?
For bank-syndicated lender packs and IPO IMs, yes. For internal management decision support, we typically work white-label.
What confidentiality protections do you offer?
