A four-stage approach we use on every engagement: descriptive (what has happened), diagnostic (why), predictive (what might happen next) and prescriptive (what should be done). It ensures the analytics actually drives a decision – not just a dashboard.
What analytics tools and models do you use?
Tools: R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, RapidMiner, KNIME, Apache Spark, QlikView. Models: regression, time-series, classification (logistic, tree-based, ensemble), clustering, association rules, neural networks, NLP and modern deep-learning architectures where the use case warrants it.
What are the engagement models?
FTE engagement (dedicated analyst(s) full-time on your work) or project-based engagement (scoped, fixed-fee or T&M). Many clients start with a 4-6 week proof-of-value pilot before scaling.
Do you handle implementation or just the modelling?
