Financial modelling & full due diligence

Build or audit institutional-grade valuation models – DCF, LBO, relative multiples, precedent transactions, valuation football fields, IRR / ROI, scenario & sensitivity, waterfall and equity-split structures. We validate promoter projections and reconstruct realistic assumptions. How do you engage with a Family Office?
Either as a retainer (we sit alongside the CIO's office on every deal that comes through), or project-based for individual opportunities (deal review, valuation audit, DD, IC memo). Most Family Offices start with one deal, then move to retainer.
What's a typical engagement timeline?
Deal Intake Summary: 5-7 days. Initial Assessment Memo: 2 weeks. Valuation + Model Audit: 3-6 weeks. Full DD (FDD + CDD + ODD): 4-6 weeks. IC Memo + Negotiation Brief: 1-2 weeks each. We compress where the calendar requires it.
Do you sign on as advisor or stay anonymous?
Typically white-label – analysis flows under the CIO's name. For bank-syndicated lender packs, IPO IMs or transactions where third-party advisor sign-off is required, we sign as advisor.
How do you handle confidentiality on sensitive deals?
NDA on the engagement letter, dedicated team with no cross-engagement conflict, segregated work environments, documented audit trail. We have worked alongside Family Offices on transactions involving listed companies, regulated industries, and politically-sensitive geographies.
Do you build the portfolio dashboard from scratch, or use existing tools?
Both. We can build a custom Digital Portfolio Dashboard in your tool of choice (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Notion) or work within an existing portfolio management system (Addepar, eFront, Allvue). Either way, the KPI logic, valuation updates and risk flags are designed by the same analyst team that did the original DD.
What's the pricing model?
Three options – retainer (monthly), project-based (fixed fee), or T&M for open-ended scope. Fees are scoped per engagement based on deal volume, complexity and turnaround – we share a draft scope within one business day of an initial conversation.
