How do agents respect deal confidentiality?
NDA on the engagement letter, dedicated team with no cross-engagement conflict on any active mandate, segregated work environments and full audit trail. Sensitive names can be tokenised. We do not train any external model on your data. For sponsor-side confidentiality at the firm level we support information barriers across mandates.
Do agents handle non-English documents (LATAM, ASEAN)?
Yes. Active coverage across Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Arabic and Hindi. Agents read native filings, regulatory documents and press – we don't rely on auto-translate of summary feeds.
How does ABI integrate with portfolio company stacks?
Read-only integration with the portfolio company's reporting stack – Looker, Tableau, NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mixpanel and similar. KPIs flow into a sponsor-side dashboard. We never write back into the portco environment and the data stays segregated per company.
Can ABI work alongside our existing CRM (Affinity, DealCloud)?
Yes – native integration with Affinity and DealCloud, also Salesforce, Notion and bespoke pipeline tools. Agents read from and write back to your existing pipeline records. We don't ask the deal team to switch tools or maintain a parallel system.
How do you charge?
Engagement-based. Fees are scoped per mandate or per workflow based on coverage breadth, depth of analysis and turnaround required – we share a draft scope and fee range within one business day of an initial conversation. No usage-based pricing surprises.
